  a.适用于粉尘爆炸环境：II类21区、22区
    Suitable for explosive dust environment :classification II ,zone 21、zone2 2
  b. 温度组别：T4
     Temperature classes: T4
  c. 海拔高度不超过2000m
     Height above sea level is not more than 2000m

 2.产品特点（Production Character）

  a. 材质：碳钢或不锈钢，氩保护精密焊接成型
     Material: CS or SS, precision welding protected by argon
  b. 表面处理：喷涂或化学处理
     Surface treatment: Coating or chemical treatment
  c. 进出线方式：配防爆电缆填料函
     Inlet and outlet: explosion-proof cable gland
  d. 进出线的方向及规格可按用户要求设计
     Inlet and outlet is designed in the direction and size according to the customer
  e. 用户需要提供3~6kg/cm2的洁净仪表气源
     User need provide clean instrument air, it is 3~6 kg/cm2 .

  4．结构说明：(Structural Explanation)
  
    防爆柜由主柜（正压室）和副柜两部分组成，主柜内安装客户需要的电气部分。副柜内安装正压柜自身的供电控制系统和主柜的
压力控制系统。副柜内的气压控制系统在对主柜进行吹扫换气前，主柜内控制系统不通电。当对主柜吹扫完毕后（吹扫时间根据柜体
容积而定），主柜通电运行。副柜内使用的控制箱为粉尘防爆型。具体工作原理请参见使用说明书。
   ZY-DIP type explosion-proof cabinet consists of main box and assistant box.Electrical equipment of client
are fix in main box, power supply and control system ( including press control ) that is requirement of the
positive pressure explosion-proof cabinet are fix in assistant box. The power supply of main box shall be not
turned on, before pressure control system in the assistant box is cleaned and gas in the main box is replaced.
When cleaning is finished, (time is determined by volume of box) main box power supply is turned on. Control
panel used in assistant box is explosion-proof electrical control panel, which can be used in dust filling
